Glass & Lumber hosted a wedding for which I was a groomsman. They were easygoing, flexible, and accommodating, ensuring that the newlyweds and their guests had fun with minimal stress. The staff... consistently helped the wedding party anticipate, prevent, and solve problems.If formality is your top priority, you might search elsewhere: with modernity comes a touch of casualness. But none of this distracted from the solemnity of the wedding I attended, and the space can definitely accommodate a variety of themes, tastes, and formality.If I ever throw a party in Saskatoon, Glass & Lumber will be my first choice of venue.read more

We had our Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Glass & Lumber in August 2022 and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is gorgeous on its own, so you don’t need a ton of decorations, our guests keep... telling us how beautiful and unique the venue was. The staff working on our big day were so friendly, happy, and just so incredibly helpful. A huge thank you to Dallyn and the whole team! Right from the point of viewing and booking the venue over a year ago, to our big day, everything was flawless and kept us stress free, thank you for everything!read more

Wow! This venue is absolutely stunning and the general amenities and overall contributions from the owner and staff made our wedding run so smoothly. Great atmosphere, drink list and by far the most... reasonably priced venue for what is included. Can't say enough great things about this venue , thanks for helping make our night so incredibly memorable.read more

We had our wedding reception at Glass and Lumbar in June. The venue is so beautiful that it requires very little decorating. Dallyn and his team are so efficient and easy to deal with. If you book... this venue make sure you book karaoke as well. We had karaoke in one room and DJ in the other and everyone still talking about our wedding!I have been recommending this venue to everyone!read more

We hosted a 60th Wedding Anniversary Celebration for our parents. Dallyn was great to work with and offered helpful suggestions. The space is absolutely beautiful. We received so many compliments on... the venue. This space requires very little for decorations. We had flowers and white tablecloths and it was simple but beautiful. I highly recommend Glass and Lumber. I am looking for another reason to rent this space.read more

We just held our wedding at Glass & Lumber and it was really the perfect venue. We rented both the Glass & Lumber venue and the Underground Cafe which was great for allowing guests to chat/dance in... different environments. Dallyn and his team were helpful in getting everything setup. They also accommodated a last minute change to our ceremony location, when it changed due to inclement weather. Thanks again Glass & Lumber!read more

We held a Celebration of Life near the end of April for about 50 guests at Glass and Lumber. It turned out so well, the room looked spectacular. The evening could not have turned out any better.The... rustic charm of the brick, the lighting at the venue combined with the flicker of the table candles and white tablecloths made the room glow and feel so warm and inviting.....many, many guests commented on the beautiful venue. Thanks to Dallyn and Sydney for all their support and help in making a difficult day turn out so well. Chef de Partie did a spectacular job of setting up a large beautifully presented Charcuterie board. Just book this venue!! you will not be disappointed in the venue or Dallyn and his staff members, was a great experience.read more

Cute space for a moderate sized event. Celebrated a friend's wedding and it was the perfect size. Site is very clean, staff are super friendly, and its an excellent size for a >200 event centre. ... Located in historic Riversdale, site it close to DTNYXE and has ample street side parking. Highly recommend this space for weddings and other small scale events.read more

Beautiful venue to get married in; barely any decorations required. The owner, managers, and staff went above and beyond for us. Booking the Underground Cafe for karaoke at the end of our wedding was... a great call - everyone has told us it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to! Had to setup a for a wedding ceremony for streaming it live. The staff were very very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend using this for a hall rental again. It has a very... rustic urban look. Great Job!read more

We got married at Glass and Lumber in August and it was an incredible experience! Dallyn the owner was incredibly helpful and was available for all concerns at every point leading up to the wedding.... He made arrangements and changes to ensure that the day went as smoothly as possible. The day of the staff was very friendly and fun, and did the change of aisles to tables from ceremony to reception in record time! The venue itself is gorgeous and required little decorating because the space was pretty enough on its own! Highly recommend for any event!!!!read more

I just got married here this weekend and this venue made it a phenomenal experience. The venue itself is beautiful, from the gorgeous brick on the walls to the restored antique glass backing the bar;... we had so many compliments from our guests on the venue!Where this venue really shines is the staff. In the months leading up to the wedding, the venue manager was very responsive and helpful to any questions and requests we had. During the event, the staff was super friendly and helpful, making changeover from ceremony to reception an absolute breeze.In summary, this venue was well-worth the money we spent and if I had to get married again (God forbid!), I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.read more
