RETRO-RUSTIC AND HISTORIC SPACE
Located in the revitalized Riversdale District of Saskatoon, Glass & Lumber is an industrial-style event venue. It specializes in providing an accessible, versatile, and spacious location for all types of events such as weddings, social, Christmas parties and corporate events. This venue is a retro-rustic and historic space that features beautiful exposed brick and steel beams. Glass & Lumber will serve as a wonderful backdrop to celebrate with family, friends and colleagues. Glass & Lumber also includes a beautiful licensed garden patio and the ability to include the cafe next door in your event. The Underground Cafe provides extra capacity, cafe beverage services, and a retro music-themed atmosphere.
CAPACITY
With 2700 square feet of event space, Glass & Lumber has capacity for 100 guests.
Seated dinner: 80-100 (depending on table type) Theatre style: 100 Cocktail style: 100
The Underground Cafe is 2000 sqare feet, complete with a sound system, stage and equipment. The garden patio is 1000 square feet and can seat 24 in the warm months. Seated: 50 (plus 24 for the patio) Cocktail style: 50 (includes patio)
SERVICES
Glass & Lumber includes a cash bar, with a range of beer, wine and cocktails. Bar staff are included in the rental. The venue will also provide a custom seating plan for each event. We will consult with the client and choose the right layout for you!
PARKING
The venue has one parking lot behind the facility, with easy access through the back door. Street parking is available on 20th and the surrounding residential streets.
